Just a reminder that you have until April 18, 2022 to donate for the 2021 Tax Year.
Due to the Easter Holiday the tax deadline has been extended passed the normal April 15th date. Some of our documentation may say April 15th, but it is actually April 18th for the deadline. We inadverently missed the timing of the Easter Holiday.

The 2021-2022 TOPS for Kids application and re-application process is now open!
It is not a first come-first serve process, but if you would like to be consider for any of the August and September disbursement it is highly recommended that you get your application completed by July 15.

On the morning of May 1, 2021 (around 6-7am) the 2021-2022 school year scholarship application process will open. The Re-apply and Apply location will be available to submit a new application for scholarship.
If you experience a problem please use the "Contact" link about to send us a message so we can address that problem.
There are a training Zoom meetings for both the Reapply and Apply process. See the New item below for further details.
This is not a first come, first serve application process. But, be sure to have your application completed by July 15, 2021 to be considered in the August and September disbursements.

Due to lack of sign ups we have canceled the remaining Spring Webinars!
We have replaced those webinars with two Zoom Meetings:
On April 29th at 6:00pm we will have a Zoom meeting for all those who are reapplying. We will go through a sample reapplication, explaining each step and what has been missed in the past. We will discuss what needs to be added in their application and what may need to be uploaded to complete the application successfully. We would encourage everyone to attend this important meeting. It should only last 30 minutes. There is no signup but the meeting will be limited to the first 200 who show up.

Then on May 4th at 6:00pm we will have a Zoom meeting for all those wishing to apply with us for the first time. We will go through the application process in detail in a step by step, page by page manner. We will go over all the needed information to have a successful application and ensure that each child is enrolled in all the programs that they meet qualifications.The meeting will be between 30-45 minutes in length. There is no signup but the meeting will be limited to the first 200 who show up.

On April 5, 2021 Governor Doug Ducey signed SB 1297 into law. That bill aligned the Arizona Tax Return deadline for 2020 to match the Federal Tax Return deadline.
That date is May 17, 2021.
This gives all Arizona taxpayers an extra month to contribute their 2020 Arizona Tuition Tax Credit donation.

Dear Applicant and Re-Applicant,
The 2021-2022 application process will not open until May 1, 2021.
The current application is only for the 2020-2021 school year and is good through the end of May.

As you may be aware, an Arizona taxpayer can donate between January 1 and April 15 for the previous year's tax credit. But, also, a donor can also make a 2020 Arizona Tax Credit contribution during that time. Below are this year's new maximum amounts that can be donated:
2020 Single Taxpayer
Individual Tax Credit maximum - $ 593
PLUS/Switcher Tax Credit maximum - $ 590
Total Tax Credit maximum- $1183
2020 Married Filing Jointly Taxpayer
Individual Tax Credit maximum - $1186
PLUS/Switcher Tax Credit maximum - $1179
Total Tax Credit maximum - $2365
